Products : Cheque Return System

Developed in association with Pitney Bowes, our complete Cheque Return System embraces MMD’s Cheque Verification and Batching technologies and has been designed for use in any situation where cheques need to be mailed. It does not rely on batch headers.

The system is loaded with pre-sorted cheques, pre-printed statements, post paid window envelopes and any non-personalised inserts that may be required. The system then outputs filled envelopes ready for mail collection.

Typical Use:

• When cheques have to be returned to account holders with statements
• When bounced cheques have to be returned to the party who presented the cheque
• When spoils from other processes have to be dealt with quickly

• MMD cheque verification and batching system
• Pitney Bowes inserter
• Muller cutter folder
• OCR and system software

• Batch headers / separator cards not required
• Verification that cheques relate to statement
• MICR magnetic reading
• System can also be used for standard mailings

• If statements are printed in post code order, then envelopes will be outputted in post code order and Bulk Mail Discounts may apply

• Size of cheques from 73mm x 152mm to 102mm x 210mm
• Size of envelope: DL
• Number of cheques per envelope: up to user-configured limit, which is normally around 25 cheques
