For automatic banding of products such as cards, CD’s, envelopes (both filled and unfilled) and banknotes.

The unit consists of a standard base unit onto which may be applied application-specific input devices.collection.

The standard base unit takes a pack and passes it through the banding station. The base unit may be manually loaded, if required. Such a system can have benefits if the banded pack then goes on to further processes.

Input track option (see image A)

An optional track with integral stacker can be fitted to convey and stack the items. These are then passed through the banding station, as above.

This system is ideal for interfacing to other machinery. The track can be fitted to accept items from either direction.

Batch counter option (see image B)

A batch counter can also be supplied. Mounted directly over the base unit, this counts out a pre-set number of items which are then taken through for banding .
